We are now open for Internship applications for Business Analyst Intern Q4 (Sep - Dec 2026), and we want you to join our team! 

Responsibilities 

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational processes and future project needs. 
• Evaluate existing business processes and propose data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business problems and recommend practical, scalable solutions. 
• Support the development of business cases, including planning, tracking, and monitoring project progress. 
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise, and actionable specifications for technical teams. 
• Interpret and transform business data into meaningful insights to support decision-making and process improvements. 
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and software/application developers to ensure smooth communication and delivery. 
• Identify trends and patterns using data analysis, and prepare comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations. 
• Monitor implementation outcomes and follow up to ensure solutions meet business objectives. 
• Develop documentation and deliver effective end-user training to ensure successful system adoption.

Job Requirements

Skills:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Superior problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills that include the ability to illustrate complex business and technical ideas and able to communicate findings and recommendation to management and team
• Sensitive to rapidly changing marketplace and business minded when interpreting idea
• Strong time management skills, Innovated, self-motivated and able to work as a team in an agile development environment
• Good knowledge in AI (Artificial Intelligence), big data, and financial accounting will be a plus
• Creativity and imagination in presenting idea using wireframe, process flow, charts
• Good Communication and presentation skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work as part of a team.
