We deliver end-to-end custom software development, IT consultancy and strategic advisory, cloud deployment and managed services, AI-driven solutions and data analytics, as well as IoT solutions, helping businesses across industries design, build, and scale impactful digital platforms and applications.
We are now open for Marketing Internship applications, and we want you to join our team!
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content
- Plan, create, and schedule LinkedIn posts aligned with Xenber's brand voice
- Monitor LinkedIn engagement and respond to comments/messages
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting frequency
Graphic Design & Visual Content
- Design social media creatives, banners, and promotional materials using tools such as Canva or Adobe Express
- Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines
Copywriting & Campaigns
- Write captions, short-form copy, and marketing collateral for digital campaigns
- Assist in ideating and executing promotional campaigns for Xenber's products and services
- Support the creation of email newsletters or announcements where required
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or a related field
- Strong written communication skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia a plus)
- Basic proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Express, or similar)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn as a professional platform
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Portfolio or examples of past content/design work is an advantage
