We are an HR Consultancy managing 6+ fast-growing brands across F&B, Wellness, and E-commerce. We are looking for an HR Intern who wants to learn how AI is automating payroll, recruitment, and people management. 📈

What You Will Learn & Do / 你将学习与负责的工作

• AI-Powered Recruitment | AI 赋能招聘 🤖
  Learn to use AI tools to screen resumes, draft engaging job descriptions, and schedule interviews at lightning speed.
  学习利用 AI 工具筛选简历、撰写吸引人的招聘文案，并以极速安排面试。
• Payroll & Compliance | 薪资与合规性 💰
  Get hands-on experience in managing payroll and statutory contributions for various industries.
  亲身参与管理不同行业的薪资结算和法定缴款。
• People Operations | 人员运营 🤝 
• Assist in drafting bilingual staff notices (1 line English, 1 line Chinese) and managing staff handovers and onboarding.
  协助起草双语员工公告（一行英文，一行中文），并参与管理员工交接和入职流程。
• Workflow Automation | 流程自动化 ⚡
  Work with our team to test AI tools (Gemini, NotebookLM, etc.) to automate repetitive HR tasks.
  与我们的团队一起测试 AI 工具（Gemini, NotebookLM 等），将重复性的 HR 任务自动化。
• Employee Relations | 员工关系 🗣️
  Support the team in handling day-to-day staff inquiries and building a positive company culture across different brands.

• Bilingual Fluency | 双语流利 🗣️
  Fluent in English and Mandarin (essential for drafting bilingual policies and communicating with our diverse team).

• Attention to Detail | 细致入微 🧐
  HR involves data and numbers—you are someone who double-checks and values accuracy.

• Currently Studying | 在读学生 🎓
  Pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, Psychology, or related fields.
