Your Mission

Hunt new clients and sell our industry-leading POS & CRM solutions to businesses across Malaysia. Transform prospects into loyal customers by demonstrating how our software streamlines operations and boosts revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively hunt new business via strategic cold calling, networking & lead generation.
• Master and demo our POS/CRM software tailored to client workflows (retail, F&B, hospitality).
• Identify pain points in prospect operations and position solutions using ROI-driven pitches.
• Negotiate and close deals with business owners/decision-makers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets with minimal account management (true hunter role).
• Accurately log activities and opportunities in our CRM system.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• 1-3 years in B2B sales (IT/software experience preferred).
• Proven ability to cold call, prospect, and close new business.
• Technical aptitude to learn POS/CRM workflows quickly.
• Hunger to earn uncapped commissions (top performers exceed MYR 10k/month).
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office/CRM tools.
