Job Description

Order Fulfillment

  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately. 
  • Check products and quantities before shipment. 
  • Print shipping labels and arrange parcel collection. 
  • Ensure orders are processed on time. 

Inventory Management

  • Receive and inspect incoming stock. 
  • Organize products neatly in the warehouse. 
  • Assist with stock counting and inventory updates. 
  • Report damaged or missing items to the supervisor. 

Warehouse Operations

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment. 
  • Ensure products are stored properly. 
  • Assist in warehouse improvement activities when required. 

Delivery Coordination

  • Coordinate with courier services for daily deliveries. 
  • Follow up on shipment status when necessary. 
  • Support the handling of returned parcels. 

Administrative Support

  • Prepare logistics-related documents and records. 
  • Update basic inventory and delivery information. 
  • Assist with other logistics and operational tasks assigned by the superior. 

Job Requirements

  • SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification. 
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 
  • Experience in warehouse, logistics, retail, or e-commerce is an advantage. 
  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office / Google Sheets). 
  • Responsible, organized, and willing to learn. 
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team. 
  • Physically fit to handle packing and warehouse activities.
