Job Requirements
- Has 4–7 years experience in marketing / growth / performance marketing
- Understands marketing funnels, conversion, and customer journey
- Thinks in strategy, not just content or design
- Is data-driven and comfortable with numbers
- Has strong ownership and problem-solving mindset
- Bonus: Experience in direct selling, beauty, or community-based business
