What you will do:

<li>Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets for commercial chiller and freezer equipment.</li>
<li>Build, manage, and grow strong relationships with key clients including restaurants, supermarkets, hotels, and catering businesses.</li>
<li>Lead, recruit, train, and motivate a sales team to achieve outstanding performance.</li>
<li>Identify new market opportunities and potential sales channels to expand market share.</li>
<li>Conduct regular market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting to support business strategy.</li>
<li>Work closely with marketing to design and execute effective promotional campaigns.</li>
<li>Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management. &nbsp;</li>
