Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager who can drive revenue growth, build lasting client relationships, and lead a high-performing sales team. If you are passionate about sales, motivated by results, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets for commercial chiller and freezer equipment.
  • Build, manage, and grow strong relationships with key clients including restaurants, supermarkets, hotels, and catering businesses.
  • Lead, recruit, train, and motivate a sales team to achieve outstanding performance.
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential sales channels to expand market share.
  • Conduct regular market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting to support business strategy.
  • Work closely with marketing to design and execute effective promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management.
     

Job Requirements

  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role (preferably in commercial equipment, refrigeration, or related industries).
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong client relationship-building ability with an established network in F&B, retail, or hospitality sectors is an added advantage.
  • Results-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency will be an advantage due to client base).
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia.
  • Must be a Malaysian citizen.
