Job Requirements

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets for chiller and freezer equipment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including restaurants, supermarkets, hotels, and catering businesses.
• Lead, train, recruit and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
• Identify new market opportunities and channels to expand business growth.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement effective promotional campaigns.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
