Internship Responsibilities

As an HR Intern, you will be involved in daily HR operations including:

  • Assisting in recruitment activities (job posting, screening resumes, interview coordination)
  • Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
  • Assisting with attendance tracking and basic payroll support
  • Supporting employee engagement activities and internal events
  • Assisting HR team with administrative tasks
  • Handling ad-hoc HR assignments as required

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed Diploma / Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Strong communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Able to commit for minimum 3 months internship
