Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Brand building & Positioning
- Develop and define the brand's voice, identity and market positioning
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all platforms

- Design and execute short and long term marketing strategies to grow awareness and customer loyalty
- Identify and analyze market trends, customer insight and competitor activity

- Build and nurture strong customer community ("brand tribe") through engaging initiatives, events and online presence
- Create programs that encourage advocacy, loyalty and word-of-mouth growth
4. Narrative & Storytelling
- Develop compelling stories and campaigns that connect with customers
- Translate the brand's mission and values into impactful content across digital and offline channels
5. Growth & Performance
- Design marketing funnels to attract, engage and retain customers
- Track and measure campaign performance, using data to refine strategies
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, brand development, or strategy roles
- Strong understanding and passion of branding, storytelling and customer psychology
- Excellent communication, creativity and leadership skills
- Experience building a brand or community from scratch
