As a 服务员, you are the backbone of the front-of-house team, keeping guest flow smooth, maintaining a peaceful atmosphere, and supporting therapists so services run without a hitch.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Guest Experience

• Welcome and check in guests with a calm, professional attitude and guide them through arrival routines.
• Serve refreshments and ensure guest areas are tidy and comfortable before and after treatments.

Operations & Safety

• Operate the POS, handle payments and keep accurate cash records.
• Follow hygiene and safety procedures, maintain cleanliness, and report any maintenance needs promptly.

Team Coordination

• Coordinate with therapists and colleagues to manage appointment flow and room readiness.
• Support inventory checks for client supplies and assist with simple stock rotation tasks.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• No prior experience required, we provide training and on-the-job coaching.
• Able to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Basic POS and cash handling skills, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Knowledge of basic food and beverage service and standard hygiene practices.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Warm communication, patience, and attention to guest needs.
