About this position:

As we continue to grow and meet the demands of the expanding pet industry, we are looking for a E-commerce Operations Specialist to join our remote team in Malaysia. You will work on creating high-quality, efficient web platforms that enhance the experience of pet owners and drive growth for our variety of brands.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

• Work with ecommerce / sales team to operate the ecommerce platforms, such as the official website, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, MOMO, HKTV mall, etc.
• Develop action plans based on brand strategies to increase market share and achieve short, medium, and long-term sales targets.
• Streamline customer journey touch points and collaborate with cross-functional brand teams to improve the customer experience.
• Use data tools such as GA4 to assess execution effectiveness and continuously optimize.

Minimum qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in managing brand websites or any e-commerce platforms, such as Shopee, Lazada, MOMO, Amazon, etc.
• Strong ability to summarize marketing insights with project management and execution capabilities.
• Embrace change and a fast-paced environment with a drive for self-improvement.
• Goal-oriented with strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to empower partners.
• Detail-oriented, capable of continuously optimizing processes and efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pet ownership.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with strong reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in Chinese.
• Ability to independently manage projects and resolve issues effectively.
