<li>Partner with internal stakeholders to understand manpower needs and develop sourcing strategies.</li>
<li>Build a strong pipeline of candidates through job portals, campus drives, referrals, and labor contractors.</li>
<li>Conduct interviews, coordinate with department heads, and issue offer letters and contracts.</li>
<li>Monitor and optimize hiring turnaround time and cost-per-hire metrics.</li>
<li>Maintain recruitment trackers, manpower dashboards, and hiring reports.</li>
</ul>
Learning &amp; Development (L&amp;D)
<ul>
<li>Identify skill gaps and training needs across warehouse, logistics, and admin functions.</li>
<li>Design and execute training calendars for onboarding, safety, equipment handling, soft skills, and supervisory development.</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal trainers or external agencies for program delivery.</li>
<li>Track participation, training effectiveness, and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Promote a culture of continuous learning and safety awareness across all levels.</li>
</ul>
Onboarding &amp; Induction
<ul>
<li>Facilitate smooth onboarding for new joiners, including documentation, facility tour, and policy briefing.</li>
<li>Drive structured induction programs tailored for both office and field/warehouse employees.</li>
<li>Ensure timely creation of employee IDs, biometrics, and access credentials.</li>
</ul>
Employee Relations &amp; Engagement
<ul>
<li>Act as a point of contact for grievance handling and employee concerns.</li>
<li>Support team-building activities, recognition programs, and engagement events across shifts and locations.</li>
<li>Foster a positive and compliant workplace culture.</li>
</ul>
