Job Description

 

Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for warehousing, transportation, and support functions.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand manpower needs and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Build a strong pipeline of candidates through job portals, campus drives, referrals, and labor contractors.
  • Conduct interviews, coordinate with department heads, and issue offer letters and contracts.
  • Monitor and optimize hiring turnaround time and cost-per-hire metrics.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, manpower dashboards, and hiring reports.

Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Identify skill gaps and training needs across warehouse, logistics, and admin functions.
  • Design and execute training calendars for onboarding, safety, equipment handling, soft skills, and supervisory development.
  • Coordinate with internal trainers or external agencies for program delivery.
  • Track participation, training effectiveness, and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and safety awareness across all levels.

Onboarding & Induction

  • Facilitate smooth onboarding for new joiners, including documentation, facility tour, and policy briefing.
  • Drive structured induction programs tailored for both office and field/warehouse employees.
  • Ensure timely creation of employee IDs, biometrics, and access credentials.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for grievance handling and employee concerns.
  • Support team-building activities, recognition programs, and engagement events across shifts and locations.
  • Foster a positive and compliant workplace culture.


Job Requirements

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment and/or training, ideally in logistics, warehousing, FMCG, or manufacturing environments.
