Manage end-to-end recruitment for warehousing, transportation, and support functions.
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand manpower needs and develop sourcing strategies.
Build a strong pipeline of candidates through job portals, campus drives, referrals, and labor contractors.
Conduct interviews, coordinate with department heads, and issue offer letters and contracts.
Monitor and optimize hiring turnaround time and cost-per-hire metrics.
Maintain recruitment trackers, manpower dashboards, and hiring reports.
Learning & Development (L&D)
Identify skill gaps and training needs across warehouse, logistics, and admin functions.
Design and execute training calendars for onboarding, safety, equipment handling, soft skills, and supervisory development.
Coordinate with internal trainers or external agencies for program delivery.
Track participation, training effectiveness, and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and safety awareness across all levels.
Onboarding & Induction
Facilitate smooth onboarding for new joiners, including documentation, facility tour, and policy briefing.
Drive structured induction programs tailored for both office and field/warehouse employees.
Ensure timely creation of employee IDs, biometrics, and access credentials.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a point of contact for grievance handling and employee concerns.
Support team-building activities, recognition programs, and engagement events across shifts and locations.
Foster a positive and compliant workplace culture.
Job Requirements
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 2–4 years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment and/or training, ideally in logistics, warehousing, FMCG, or manufacturing environments.
