Job Description

 

The HR Officer is responsible for assisting in the full spectrum of Human Resources and related administrative functions. This role ensures efficient handling of various HR and administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of the company in compliance with Malaysian employment laws and regulations.

  • Handle the purchasing of all stationery items, refreshments, name cards, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) items.
  • Manage company insurance and employee benefits claims.
  • Assist in the onboarding process, including registering new user IDs and preparing ID badges for new staff.
  • Assist in payroll processing and maintain HR records, including personal files, leave records, and attendance tracking, in a proper and efficient manner.
  • Assist in training arrangements, including submission and claims for the HRDF
  • Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the immediate superior.


Job Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma/Degree in any discipline, Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
  • Computer literate
  • Able to communicate in English
