Job Description

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
     
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
     
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with applicants.
     
  • Support the onboarding process (document collection, orientation preparation).
     

2. HR Operations

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
     
  • Support HR documentation tasks (letters, reports, contracts).
     
  • Help manage attendance records and leave tracking.
     

3. Employee Engagement

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
     
  • Gather feedback from employees and prepare reports.
     
  • Support internal communication initiatives.
     

4. Learning & Development

  • Coordinate training sessions, prepare materials, and track attendance.
     
  • Maintain training records and assist in L&D evaluations.
     

5. General Administrative Support

  • Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
     
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
     
  • Assist with compliance and audit-related documentation.
     

Job Requirements

 

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
