Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and network equipment.
   
• Support routine system monitoring, including network performance, server health checks, and backup processes.
   
• Help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to workstations, printers, network connectivity, and other IT infrastructure components.
   
• Participate in IT documentation, including network diagrams, inventory lists, and configuration instructions.
   
• Assist in maintaining Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and security groups.
   
• Provide support for IT projects such as system upgrades, hardware deployments, and cloud migrations.
   
• Help ensure compliance with IT security policies, data protection practices, and access control procedures.
   
• Collaborate with other IT team members to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

Job Requirements

Requirement

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Basic understanding of network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN).
• Familiarity with Windows OS, basic troubleshooting, and common productivity tools.
