Job Summary:
The Logistics &amp; Supply Chain Intern will support the department in managing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain processes, including inventory management, transportation coordination, and process improvement initiatives. This internship provides hands-on experience in supply chain management and exposure to real-world logistics operations.

<li>Supply Chain Operations:</li>
<ul>
<li>Assist in planning and coordinating supply chain activities, such as procurement, warehousing, and distribution.</li>
<li>Track and monitor inventory levels to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.</li>
</ul>
<li>Logistics Support: </li>
<ul>
<li>Help in organizing shipments and coordinating with carriers to ensure timely delivery.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.</li>
</ul>
<li>Data Analysis and Reporting:</li>
<ul>
<li>Analyze supply chain performance metrics and prepare reports on cost, efficiency, and service levels.</li>
<li>Identify trends and provide actionable insights for process improvements.</li>
</ul>
<li>Inventory Management: </li>
<ul>
<li>Participate in cycle counting and physical inventory checks.</li>
<li>Ensure inventory data accuracy and assist in resolving discrepancies.</li>
</ul>
<li>Process Improvement: </li>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.</li>
<li>Assist in implementing lean methodologies and supply chain optimization initiatives.</li>
</ul>
<li>Customer Support: </li>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with the customer service team to address order-related issues.</li>
<li>Ensure on-time fulfillment of customer orders and maintain service quality.</li>
</ul>
<li>Compliance and Documentation: </li>
<ul>
<li>Support compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.</li>
<li>Maintain organized records of logistics activities and documentation.</li>
</ul>
