1. Overseeing warehouse operations
2. Supervise and manage warehouse
3. Ensure stock inventory records are updated and kept by interior staff
4. Prepare and submit regular report to warehouse utilization, inventory, stock movement and general matters
5. Ensure storage and office areas are well maintained
6. To learn and understand all operational tasks, scope and knowledge involved Distribution Function
7. To perform any warehousing duties assigned including ad-hoc or special projects
8. To undertake any special assignment by YCH Management
9. To liaise with other country hub on customer order issue
10. Perform other job related function as and when required by Manager
11. Ensure Quality System is maintained and improved
12. Maintain and enhance customer service in operations and services with Supplier

• Degree with 4 years of experience (preferably related experience)
• Diploma with 5 years of experience (preferably related experience)
• Certificate / STPM / SPM with 6 years of relevant experience
• Computer literate
• Able to communicate in English
