- Overseeing warehouse operations
- Supervise and manage warehouse
- Ensure stock inventory records are updated and kept by interior staff
- Prepare and submit regular report to warehouse utilization, inventory, stock movement and general matters
- Ensure storage and office areas are well maintained
- To learn and understand all operational tasks, scope and knowledge involved Distribution Function
- To perform any warehousing duties assigned including ad-hoc or special projects
- To undertake any special assignment by YCH Management
- To liaise with other country hub on customer order issue
- Perform other job related function as and when required by Manager
- Ensure Quality System is maintained and improved
- Maintain and enhance customer service in operations and services with Supplier
- Degree with 4 years of experience (preferably related experience)
- Diploma with 5 years of experience (preferably related experience)
- Certificate / STPM / SPM with 6 years of relevant experience
- Computer literate
- Able to communicate in English
