We’re looking for an Art Director who can:

• Lead visual direction for campaigns across digital, social, and content 
• Translate strategic ideas into clear and impactful visual concepts 
• Develop key visuals that communicate the message at a glance 
• Collaborate with strategists to ensure alignment of idea and execution 
• Guide designers to deliver work with consistency and intention 
• Present visual thinking with clarity to internal teams and clients
  
  

Job Requirements

• Strong belief that design is driven by strategy and intention, not taste alone 
• Ability to turn ideas into visuals that are clear, focused, and effective 
• Solid foundation in composition, layout, and visual storytelling 
• Experience working across campaign formats and platforms 
• Able to lead creatively and guide designers with clarity 
• Detail-oriented with strong sense of purpose in every decision 

Bonus:

• Experience with motion, 3D, or AI tools 
• Understanding of social-first content and audience behaviour
