We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who understands that every visual choice has a purpose, and knows how to execute work that communicates, not just impresses.

• Translate concepts into clear, well-crafted designs 
• Adapt key visuals into various formats with consistency 
• Work closely with Art Directors to bring ideas to life accurately 
• Ensure quality and attention to detail across all outputs 
• Contribute ideas during development, not just execution
  

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding that design is driven by idea and intention, not taste 
• Good foundation in layout, typography, and composition 
• Ability to follow and execute visual direction with precision 
• Comfortable working across formats and fast-paced timelines 
• Detail-oriented with strong sense of craft and consistency 
• Open to feedback and able to improve work quickly
  
  Bonus:
• Skills in motion, basic animation, or AI tools 
• Awareness of social content trends and formats
