- Ensure quality and attention to detail across all outputs
- Contribute ideas during development, not just execution
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding that design is driven by idea and intention, not taste
- Good foundation in layout, typography, and composition
- Ability to follow and execute visual direction with precision
- Comfortable working across formats and fast-paced timelines
- Detail-oriented with strong sense of craft and consistency
- Open to feedback and able to improve work quickly
Bonus: - Skills in motion, basic animation, or AI tools
- Awareness of social content trends and formats
