Scope includes:

1. Leading overall social direction across brands
2. Turning brand strategy into platform-native movements
3. Building social campaigns that spark participation (not just impressions)
4. Driving KOL & KOC ecosystems, where content creates more content
5. Engineering volume at scale (100 KOCs > 1 influencer moment)
6. Creating systems so content compounds, not just performs once
7. Mentoring and growing the social team

Job Requirements

Experience & Exposure

• 4–6 years experience in social media
• Experience managing multiple brands simultaneously
• Proven track record in executing KOL/KOC campaigns at scale
• Experience leading a team (or at least mentoring juniors)
   

Strategic Capability 

• Able to translate brand strategy into platform-native execution
• Understands how to build campaigns beyond content calendars
• Thinks in systems, not one-off posts
• Understands content loops, community growth & momentum building
• Comfortable working closely with Brand & Creative teams
   

Execution Strength

• Experience planning and managing KOL/KOC ecosystems
• Able to drive volume content production without compromising direction
• Familiar with TikTok, IG, FB algorithms and content behaviour
• Understands paid + organic synergy

• Ownership mentality, treats brands like their own
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-expectation environment
• Strong communicator, able to present and defend thinking
