Job Description

  • Manage daily stock movement including goods receiving from suppliers, proper inspection, and accurate inventory updates.
  • Maintain and update stock records to ensure all purchased items are correctly evaluated, recorded, and stored.
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers, and the sales team on orders, pricing, and product availability to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Provide prompt and professional customer service support via telephone, WhatsApp, and email to handle inquiries, orders, and issues.
  • Track and monitor orders to ensure timely delivery and update the sales team accordingly.
  • Assist in monthly stock checks, identify discrepancies, and help maintain stock accuracy.
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and accept ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
     

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in inventory management or stock control preferred.
  • Good communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking skills with a proactive and customer-oriented mindset.
