Job Description

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and briefings to potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Handle customer enquiries, provide support, and respond to feedback professionally
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the management
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and purchase orders
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer databases
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors
• Perform ad-hoc duties or participate in marketing and promotional events as assigned
   

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales
• Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Possess own transport and willing to travel 
• Willing to work on weekends or public holidays
