Job Description

• Assist in daily accounting and finance operations
   
• Support preparation and verification of payment vouchers, invoices, and receipts
   
• Assist in tracking project costs, expenses, and budgets
   
• Help reconcile supplier and subcontractor statements
   
• Support monitoring of accounts payable and receivable
   
• Assist in preparing basic financial reports and summaries
   
• Maintain proper filing of financial and supporting documents
   
• Assist during audits and month-end closing activities
   
• Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager 

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma / Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
   
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
   
• Interest in the construction or engineering industry
   
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
   
• Knowledge of accounting software (e.g. UBS) is an advantage
   
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
   
• Good organizational and time-management skills
   
• Willingness to learn and able to work in a team
