Job Description

1. Responsible for the development, site selection, evaluation, and initial contract negotiations for new stores, ensuring the completion of the company’s annual store opening targets.
2. Handle lease negotiations, contract signing, and follow-up coordination with property owners.
3. Coordinate new store renovations, equipment installation, and opening preparations.
4. Conduct regional business district research, collecting, analyzing, and organizing market information.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.
6. Develop potential franchise clients through effective channels, analyze customer needs, and maintain strong relationships.
7. Familiar with local government policies and certification requirements for opening stores.

Job Requirements

1. Education and Experience
(a) Diploma or above;
(b) At least 1 year of experience in site selection and leasing within the chain industry, with preference given to those with expansion experience in the bubble tea, convenience store, or food & beverage sectors;
(c) Familiarity with the Kuala Lumpur commercial districts and community layouts, as well as certain franchise resources.

(b) Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
