Job Description

  • According to the company’s development needs, manage the construction of new stores and the renovation of existing stores.
  • Conduct engineering technical assessments and evaluations to ensure the smooth progress of store renovation projects.
  • On-site coordination: Supervise the quality of renovation materials, fire safety modifications, air conditioning installation, and the installation and commissioning of equipment.
  • Coordinate and handle unforeseen engineering and equipment issues for new stores, and follow up on unfinished tasks for new stores.
  • Review of drawings, budget estimates, and control, and handling of entry permits for construction.
  • Inspection of concealed works, final acceptance of the project, and archiving of inspection documents.
  • Ordering and coordinating on-site delivery of materials such as store equipment, furniture, lighting, etc.
  • Project documentation and file management.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Associate degree or above.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in engineering management for chain restaurants or tea beverage brands.
  • Skills: Familiar with renovation materials and processes, strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiar with the practical application of construction, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), and electrical systems, with experience in cost analysis and control.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in computer operations, including CAD, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Technical Skills: Strong ability to review drawings and excellent communication and coordination skills both internally and externally.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to work under pressure.
