• Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Help maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and filing.
• Support in the preparation of monthly reports and documentation.
• Liaise with internal departments to gather and verify information.
• Assist in administrative duties within the Accounting Department.
• Learn and adhere to company’s accounting policies and procedures.
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor/management.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Diploma or Degree program in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to read and write in Mandarin is a plus (due to job requirements)
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, eager to learn and a strong team player
• Internship length: At least 3 months
