Job Description

• Executing day-to-day accounting tasks such as invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial information
• Providing administrative support to the Accounting team as needed
• Adhering to all relevant accounting standards, policies, and procedures
• Ad hoc.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field & a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or Professional Accounting Certificate or equivalent.
• Good skills in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
• Experience with SQL/AUTOCOUNT is an added advantage. 
• Able to read & write in Mandarin due to job nature required.
