Job Description

Employee Records Management:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information. 

 HR Administration:

• Assist with drafting contracts, letters, and other employment-related documents.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. 

 Payroll and Benefits Support:

• Assist in collecting and verifying employee timekeeping records.
• Support the administration of employee benefits programs. 

Job Requirements

• SPM, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
