Job Description

•  Collaborate with the marketing content team customer service team and operations team to coordinate campaign execution seamlessly.
• Participate in formulating marketing strategies ensuring robust brand presence on social media platforms.
• Support in managing budgets and forecasting for marketing endeavors.
• Create implement and refine marketing campaigns or paid advertisements on various digital channels like Facebook Instagram Google Ads and other relevant platforms.
• Oversee and optimize marketing budgets to enhance return on investment (ROI) and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze campaign performance data and prepare monthly reports.
• Assist in researching communicating with and collaborating with third-party vendors like key opinion leaders (KOLs) bloggers publishers and marketing agencies.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing marketing strategies.
• Undertake miscellaneous marketing-related tasks as necessary such as photo/video shoots.

Job Requirements

•  Minimum Professional Certificate Diploma Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Advertising/Media Mass Communications or relevant field OR equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Mandarin ; English proficiency is a plus.
• Proficient in creative copywriting.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Thorough understanding of brand identity and its integration into marketing strategies.
• Highly organized detail-oriented and adept at task prioritization.
