Job Description

• Notify branches to send attendance records to HR email on specific dates.
• Coordinate uniform arrangements for new employees.
• Prepare employment letters and memos for branches.
• Print statutory statements monthly.
• Update employee records with new hire details.
• Assist in payroll processing and attendance record maintenance.
• Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain compliance documentation.
• Take meeting minutes when required.
• Monitor and order office supplies.
• Organize and manage physical and digital documents.
• Provide general administrative support.
• Assist the Personal Assistant with document preparation.

Job Requirements

• SPM and above are also accepted 
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in HR are also encouraged to apply.
