 Job Overview
Yinee Posture Management Sdn Bhd is looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute the company’s marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, increasing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and supporting business growth across both online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company’s products and services
• Manage digital marketing activities including social media, online advertising, email marketing, and content creation
• Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
• Plan and oversee branding, promotional events, and marketing campaigns
• Work closely with the sales and operation teams to support business objectives
• Manage and optimise marketing budgets and campaign performance
• Analyse campaign results and prepare marketing performance reports
• Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and vendors when required
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms
• Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve company goals

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, wellness, retail, beauty, or related industries
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Experience in branding, campaign planning, and customer engagement strategies
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Creative, analytical, and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin will be an added advantage

Good to Have:

• Experience in beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry
• Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
• Experience with paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
