Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy and campaign calendar.
• Manage brand positioning, brand identity, and marketing direction.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer-behaviour studies.
• Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, Xiaohongshu, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop content strategies for social media, promotional campaigns, product launches, and branding activities.
• Coordinate content creation, photography, videography, graphic design, and external agencies.
• Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and marketing ROI.
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to achieve revenue and business-growth targets.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.
• Lead and supervise the marketing team while ensuring projects are completed according to the agreed timeline.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong experience in digital marketing, branding, social media, and campaign management.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Google Ads, and content marketing.
• Creative, commercially driven, and able to analyse marketing performance data.
• Strong project-management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin; Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
