Job Overview

Yinee Posture Management Sdn Bhd is looking for passionate and customer-oriented Posture Sales Consultants to join our growing team based in Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for consulting customers on posture management solutions, recommending suitable treatments and packages, and delivering excellent customer service to support customers’ wellness journey.

We welcome Chinese and Malay candidates who are passionate about sales, wellness, healthcare, beauty, or customer service industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult and assist customers regarding posture management treatments and services
• Recommend suitable treatment packages and solutions based on customer needs
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up with customers on appointments, treatments, and inquiries
• Achieve individual and outlet sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
• Work closely with therapists and operation teams to ensure smooth customer journey
• Maintain professionalism and company service standards at all times
• Attend company training sessions and product knowledge training

Job Requirements

 Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Experience in sales, wellness, beauty, healthcare, retail, or customer service industry will be an added advantage
• Candidates must be patient, customer-oriented, and passionate in helping customers
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven, proactive, and responsible attitude
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is preferred to communicate with clients effectively
• Willing to work based in Kuala Lumpur or Johor Bahru
