Job Overview
Yinee Posture Management Sdn Bhd is looking for passionate and customer-oriented Posture Therapists to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in posture management treatments, providing professional consultation, and delivering excellent customer care to support clients’ wellness and recovery journey.
We welcome Chinese and Malay candidates who are passionate about healthcare, wellness, beauty, or therapy-related industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide posture therapy treatments and services to clients
- Assist clients in improving posture, body alignment, and overall wellness
- Conduct basic consultation and explain treatment plans professionally
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers
- Ensure clients receive a comfortable and positive treatment experience
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment
- Follow company SOPs and treatment procedures
- Assist in achieving outlet sales and service targets
- Attend training sessions provided by the company
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Experience in wellness, beauty, healthcare, physiotherapy, massage therapy, or related industries will be an added advantage
- Candidates must be patient, friendly, and customer-oriented
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn and passionate about posture management and wellness services
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is preferred to communicate with clients effectively.
