. We specialize in top-tier laboratory analytical instruments, supplying high-quality products including spectrophotometers, laboratory balances, moisture analyzers, and water quality meters.

To accelerate our market footprint, we are searching for a motivated Sales Executive specializing in Dealer and Channel Sales

. Your primary mission will be to identify, recruit, and manage strategic networks of 1st-tier distributors and dealers across Malaysia.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Channel Expansion: Map the scientific and laboratory instrument market in Malaysia to identify, evaluate, and onboard high-performing 1st-tier distributors and dealers
• Relationship Management: Act as the primary bridge between our company and appointed dealers, maintaining strong partnerships with key decision-makers.
• Dealer Support & Enablement: Deliver product training, provide competitive pricing strategies, and supply commercial materials to dealers to help them win local projects and tenders.
• Pipeline & Inventory Review: Track and forecast order volumes from 1st-tier distributors to align with inventory supply and meet sales targets.
• Market Stability: Monitor market trends and manage dealer channel territories to maintain price structure integrity and minimize market conflicts.

Job Requirements

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

Mobility: Must possess own car and a valid driving license (regular travel is required for distributor visits).

Language Proficiency: Strong command of written and spoken English and Malay to liaise with regional management and prepare sales reports.

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Experience: Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Channel/Dealer Management, or Distributor Relations. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply!

Traits: Strong negotiating, relationship-building, and communication skills.
