WHO WE ARE

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin and Human Resource Assistant to join the Yolo's Group of Companies. In this role, you will be responsible for handling various administrative and HR tasks. The Admin and Human Resource Assistant will primarily support the administrative functions of the organization, dedicating 60% of their time to administrative tasks and 40% to assisting with HR-related duties. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth office operations and supporting HR tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support (60%):
<ul>
<li>Work directly with the Directors in coordinating schedules, and handling communications.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.</li>
<li>Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events, including preparing agendas and recording minutes.</li>
<li>Maintain well-organized and current filing systems, both physical and digital.</li>
<li>Assist with travel arrangements, claims and expense reports for staff.</li>
<li>Conduct general clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.</li>
<li>Ensure the office is tidy, organized, and conducive to productivity.</li>
<li>Aid in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.</li>
<li>Help coordinate company events and activities. </li>
</ul>
Human Resource Support (40%):
<ul>
<li>Aid in the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.</li>
<li>Help maintain accurate and compliant employee records.</li>
<li>Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing materials and coordinating orientations.</li>
<li>Assist with the administration of employee benefits and respond to related inquiries.</li>
