Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Mandarin is essential, as our content primarily targets a Mandarin-speaking audience.
• Prefer Senior level or 1-3 years of graphic design
• Familar with Ai /PS tools for graphic design will be given prority.
We’re looking for a performance-driven designer who: - Understands social media & ad creatives (Facebook / TikTok / IG/ XHS)
- Knows what makes people stop scrolling & click
- Can think in terms of conversion, not just aesthetics
Performance Creative Design (Core)
- Create advertising visuals for:
Ads conversion (Facebook / TikTok / IG /XHS)
Cover photos & platform graphics
E-commerce creatives
E-commerce Conversion Design
- Produce high-converting product images
- Apply strong conceptual & marketing thinking in visuals
- Optimize creatives based on campaign goals
Trend & Market Adaptation
- Create content aligned with current market trends
- Adjust creative direction based on performance & changes
Junior Level Expectation
- Suggest creative directions & improvements
- Collaborate with marketing to improve campaign results
- Understand what works → and scale it
Requirements
- Able to communicate in Chinese & English (Mandarin is a MUST)
- Experience in social media / graphic design
- Strong sense of layout, branding & visual storytelling
