What You'll Be Doing

Content Creation & Video Production

• Create engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu. 
• Produce scroll-stopping content that captures audience attention and drives engagement. 
• Shoot product demonstrations, lifestyle content, and educational healthcare content. 
• Participate in video productions both behind and in front of the camera. 

Scriptwriting & Creative Ideation

• Develop compelling scripts, content hooks, and storytelling concepts. 
• Research market trends and viral content formats. 
• Generate fresh content ideas that resonate with Mandarin-speaking audiences. 

Social Media & Advertising Support

• Prepare content assets for paid advertising campaigns. 
• Support ongoing marketing initiatives across multiple social media platforms. 
• Collaborate with designers and marketers to execute campaigns effectively. 

Content Performance & Optimization

• Learn how high-performing content converts viewers into customers. 
• Analyze content performance and identify opportunities for improvement. 
• Apply consumer psychology and content strategy principles to future campaigns. 

E-Commerce Content Support

• Create product visuals and content for online marketplaces. 
• Assist in developing promotional materials that strengthen brand visibility.

Job Requirements

Must-Have

• Mandarin proficiency (spoken and written) is required as content targets Mandarin-speaking audiences. 
• Passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing. 
• Comfortable appearing on camera for content creation. 
• Strong communication and creative thinking skills. 
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn. 

Nice-To-Have

• Experience creating TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, or Xiaohongshu content. 
• Basic video editing knowledge. 
• Familiarity with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools. 
• Experience managing personal social media accounts or content projects. 
• Understanding of current social media trends.
