Job Description

Job Requirements

  • Checking delivery by the driver to the customer.
  • Verify the physical stock count matches the delivery documents before it goes onto the vehicle.
  • Managing items that couldn't be delivered, logging the reason (e.g., customer not home, wrong address), and processing the returned stock.
  • Keeping company delivery vehicles safe, legal, and running efficiently on the road.
  • Tracking the distance driven by each vehicle daily or weekly to monitor fuel efficiency and predict service intervals.
  • Scheduling routine servicing (like oil changes, brake checks, and tire replacements) to prevent breakdowns.
  • Coordinating required regulatory or safety inspections (such as periodic government vehicle checks).
  • Renew road tax and insurance
  • Handles the financial and paperwork side of logistics operations.
  • Calculating and verifying trip-based allowances, meals, or distance incentives for the driving crew.
  • Processing Delivery Order Billing charges, handling charges to bill the client accurately.
