Job Description

  1. Participate in corporate strategic planning by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Conduct data-driven research to support business decision-making and long-term strategy formulation.
  2. Perform operational process analysis across departments to identify inefficiencies, workflow bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. Develop and recommend process optimization solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  3. Facilitate cross-departmental coordination and communication to ensure smooth collaboration among teams and effective implementation of strategic initiatives and process improvements.
  4. Support project management activities by monitoring project timelines, deliverables, and progress. Prepare regular reports and presentations on project performance and outcomes.
  5. Apply data analytics tools and methodologies to evaluate business performance, operational processes, and strategic initiatives. Provide insights, quantitative assessment, and actionable recommendations for management decision-making.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above from a reputable university (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Candidates should demonstrate strong learning agility, curiosity, and self-driven working attitude.
  2. Preferred disciplines include Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, Economics, or related fields.
  3. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and familiarity with data analysis tools or techniques to support business insights.
  4. Excellent logical thinking and structured reasoning capability, with the ability to analyze complex business issues systematically.
  5. Good interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate across functions.
