Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing innovative interior design projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate combines artistic vision with practical execution — transforming ideas into functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces that align with client needs and project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and present interior design concepts, including space planning, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.
   
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, material selections, and color schemes for client approval.
   
• Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure designs are implemented effectively.
   
• Manage projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline compliance.
   
• Estimate project costs and prepare quotations, proposals, and design documentation.
   
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and industry best practices to bring fresh ideas into each project.
   
• Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress and resolve design or construction issues promptly.
   

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
   
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in interior design or renovation projects.
   
• Proficient in AutoCAD, with working knowledge of 3ds Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Illustrator as an advantage.
   
• Strong visual design sense, creativity, and attention to detail.
   
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese
   
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
   
• Possess own transportation and willing to travel to project sites as needed.
