Job Description

• Host daily live streams on TikTok and Shopee
• Presenting and demonstrating products in an engaging, informative, and persuasive way 
• Interact with viewers in real time by answering questions and building a strong connection with the audience.
• Drive sales actively by creating urgency, highlighting exclusive deals, and influencing purchasing decisions during live sessions. 
• Plan and execute simple interactive activities such as giveaways and games to boost engagement and retention.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with overall business goals. 
• Contribute ideas by brainstorming, developing, and producing creative short-form videos, including Reels and TikTok content.
• Monitor and analyze live stream performance metrics such as traffic, GMV, and conversion rates to continuously refine strategies. 
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve future live sessions and overall performance.

Job Requirements

• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently
• Comfortable on camera, with a natural presence and the ability to engage and connect with an audience
• Passionate about jewellery and fashion accessories, with a strong interest in showcasing products in a stylish and authentic way
• Possess excellent communication skills and are able to interact with viewers effectively during live sessions
• Demonstrates strong sales and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence purchasing decisions in a genuine and engaging manner
• Creative in content ideation and storytelling, with a good eye for aesthetics and visual presentation.
• Basic skills in video shooting or editing are an added advantage. Brings a positive attitude, is a fast learner, and thrives in a fast-paced live streaming environment.
