Job Description

We are looking for a resourceful, tech-savvy individual to manage the back-office operations for two exciting companies: eSolved MSC (eCommerce & Software Dev) and Youniverse Games (an independent game studio).

You won’t just be "doing data entry." You will be the engine that keeps our financial systems and office operations running smoothly using modern cloud tools.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Smart Bookkeeping: Manage bank feeds and reconciliations in Xero for both companies.
• Data Integration: Reconcile eCommerce billings (Braintree/InstanteStore) and assist in transitioning our proprietary invoicing data into Xero.
• Financial Health: Ensure all invoices, credit card auto-billings, and staff salaries are accurately tracked and filed.
• Operations Support: Act as our "Go-To" person for admin tasks—this includes online research for new tools/services, managing bookings, and supporting the team with general office logistics.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: At least 1 year in an accounts or admin role. Fresh graduates with a "quick learner" mindset and high tech-literacy are welcome.
• Software: You must be comfortable with (or eager to master) Xero. 
• Mindset: You hate manual work and love finding ways to automate tasks. You are highly organized and can switch between "accounting brain" and "admin brain" easily.
• Communication: Good command of English (as we deal with international software and gaming contexts).
