We're hiring a Project Coordinator to oversee renovation projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
Your responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate workers’ daily site tasks
- Manage delivery schedules and ensure timely material arrivals
- Conduct quality checks (QC) before project handover
- Inspect for defects or issues from contractors' work
- Handle site enquiries from workers and subcontractors
- Solve site challenges and keep daily operations running smoothly
- Attend site visits to assess site conditions and coordinate project-related matters with customers and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field
- Must have own transport
- Able to communicate updates clearly and promptly
- Able to use online project management tools
