We're hiring a Project Executive to oversee renovation projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
Your responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate workers for daily site tasks
- Manage delivery schedules and ensure timely material arrivals
- Conduct quality checks (QC) before project handover
- Perform and oversee minor touch-up or rectification works
- Inspect for defects or issues from contractors' work
- Handle site enquiries from workers and subcontractors
- Ensure smooth on-site operations and resolve minor site issues
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field
- Must have own transport
- Able to communicate updates clearly and promptly
- Able to use online project management tools
