About Us
Yuvin Distributor Sdn Bhd is a fast-growing F&B distributor based in Batu Caves, supplying F&B essentials like food packaging, dry goods, kitchenware, cleaning supplies and more to restaurants, kopitiams, and hawker stalls across Malaysia. As we're expanding our footprint, we need a reliable team.

Responsibilities:

• Process orders and manage customer relationships
• Handle payments (cash, card, digital) on our POS system and reconcile daily
• Resolve customer issues with orders and deliveries
• Monitor and respond to inquiries across multiple channels
• Identify sales opportunities and promote products to customers
• Keep accurate transaction records

Requirements:

• Fluent in Malay and English (Mandarin is a plus)
• Comfortable with POS systems and handling cash/card payments
• Accurate with numbers and detail-oriented
• Reliable and trustworthy with money
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to learn and grow with us
