Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Operation Assistant Intern / Trainee to join our team and support our day-to-day online store operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Handling daily customer inquiries via online platforms.
-Supporting daily sales, orders, and payment coordination.
-Assisting in managing eCommerce platforms (updating listings, stock status, pricing).
-Uploading product photos and writing/editing product descriptions.
-Supporting marketing campaigns, promotions, and company events.
-Tracking and reporting customer engagement and campaign performance.
-Helping maintain proper documentation and data entry tasks.
-Gaining product knowledge—especially in liquor-related products—to improve customer service.
Job Requirements

-Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Comm, eCommerce, or related field.
-Interest in eCommerce, customer service, or digital marketing.
-Good communication skills (English/Malay, Chinese is a plus).
-Familiar with online shopping platforms.
-Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
-Responsible, fast learner, and able to work independently.
-Internship placement must be recognized by your university/college (if applicable).
