Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented eCommerce Operation Intern / Trainee to join our team and support our day-to-day online store operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Handling daily customer inquiries via online platforms.
-Supporting daily sales, orders, and payment coordination.
-Assisting in managing eCommerce platforms (updating listings, stock status, pricing).
-Uploading product photos and writing/editing product descriptions.
-Supporting marketing campaigns, promotions, and company events.
-Tracking and reporting customer engagement and campaign performance.
-Helping maintain proper documentation and data entry tasks.
-Gaining product knowledge—especially in liquor-related products—to improve customer service.
Job Requirements
- Possession of a Diploma or Degree in Business Marketing Mass Communication eCommerce or a related discipline.
- Genuine interest in eCommerce customer service or digital marketing.
- Strong communication abilities in English and Malay; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable about online shopping platforms.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Dependable quick learner and capable of working autonomously.
- Internship placement should be accredited by your university or college (if applicable).
