Reporting to the Regional Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the full spectrum of accounting functions, including GL, AR, and AP
- Ensuring accurate, timely, and relevant financial andmanagement reporting, along with performance analysis
- Preparing financial statements and providing financial analysis to support business decisions
- Coordinating, managing, and executing annual audits
- Preparing service tax and corporate tax submissions in compliance with local regulations
- Performing other related duties and ad hoc tasks as required
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of full set accounting (GL, AR, AP)
- Proven experience in financial analysis, management reporting, and cash flow management
- Good understanding of IFRS and local taxation requirements
- Experience in audits and statutory reporting
- Proficient in Xero accounting systems and MS Office(Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to meet tight deadlines under pressure
- Confident, professional, and capable of working independently
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to liaise with China counterparts and support a diverse user base
